It is few days already after the shout of Happy new Year 2020 and the new year has started rolling in at a faster speed.

One of the great ways to enjoy the year is by proper planning. Are you looking forward to an eventful year, that will definitely require picking a date?

Probably for different activities like, Conferences, Wedding ceremonies, Burial ceremonies, Religious activities and Organizational meetings etc.

Any good event planners will tell you that, when date is sorted in event planning, you have done the best deal because it doesn’t matter how good your planning is, if your date is disrupted, everything is back to zero.

So, in order to have a seamless planning into the year 2020, and securing successful activities, you may want to have these dates in mind.

The public holidays and observance in Nigeria for 2020:

Women’s Day: Sunday, 8th March, 2020 (Observance)

Mother’s Day: Sunday, 22nd March, 2020 (Observance)

Good Friday: Friday, 10th April 2020 (Public Holiday)

With these, you can fix your activity dates also considering each state’s peculiar calendars also like Monthly Environmental Sanitation Day, Traditional Worship Day (in the case of Osun State), and some other state’s declared holiday.

Feel free to add in the comment, some other dates you know in Nigeria that are not recorded above to help someone and don’t forget to share with friends.
